4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Cancellation

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
• Order cancellation is only possible if the request is made within 3 hours of placing the order. Contact our customer support team for assistance.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Virtual Voyage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

• Virtual Voyage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns Policy

• Most products have a 30 day return policy. However some have  exceptions to this policy so please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returning items.

8. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
